John McConnell / Chairman
John is a director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Gold Corp. He is a Professional Mining Engineer with extensive operating experience. During John’s career he has worked for Placer Development Limited, Cominco Ltd, Strathcona Mineral Services, Breakwater Resources, De Beers Canada Inc. and most recently was the President and CEO of Western Keltic Mines Inc. until its takeover by Sherwood Copper Corp. John is also a Director of Silver Eagle Mines Inc.

Jennifer Boyle, B.A., LL.B / Director
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Takara Resources. Formerly, Ms. Boyle was the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of St. Eugene Mining Corporation Ltd., a company recently purchased by Claude Resources Inc. Ms. Boyle is the CEO of Satori Resources Inc. (TSXV:BUD) a spinco created from the acquisition of St. Eugene. Ms. Boyle continues her role as President of CapEx Group Inc., a private company providing corporate finance consulting services as it relates to the organization or re-organization of junior resource issuers. In the past, Ms. Boyle has been a Co-Founding director and former Executive VP & CFO of Canadian Royalties (TSX:CZZ), Co-Founder and former Executive VP Golden Valley Mines (TSX-V: GZZ). |

Pamela D. Strand, M.Sc, P.Geol. / Director
Ms. Strand is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years experience in the mining and exploration industry and has been involved in numerous corporate transactions involving St. Eugene Mining, Northern Tiger Resources, Kaminak Gold, Garson Gold, Grizzly Diamonds, including co-founding Takara Resources. Since 1997 Ms. Strand has held the position of President of Shear Diamonds Ltd., in addition to various advisory roles and director positions with numerous private and public companies. Ms. Strand has a M.Sc. in Economic Geology and is the current President of the NWT & Nunavut Chamber of Mines and is also a Director of the Alberta Chamber of Resources. She was recently profiled as a Deloitte Woman of Influence in 2011 and was a nominee for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011. She has also received recognition for her environmental and community work in accepting the Thomas Kudloo Memorial Award in 2010 on behalf of Shear for commitment of care for the environment, the NTI Community Award and the Kivalliq Inuit Association environmental award.

Ms. Howes, based in Dubai, is the managing director of Rayleigh Capital, focusing on the junior and small cap market and specializing at exposing companies to a wide audience of investment professionals, primarily within the European markets. Ms. Howes is a former broker (London, UK) and is a director of Proactive Investors, as well as being FSA licensed. |

Marty is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Victoria Gold Corp. since 2007. Marty was previously employed by De Beers Canada where he most recently held the position of Senior Financial Analyst. Previous to that he was a Financial Analyst for Breakwater Resources. |
