About Takara Resources

Takara Resources Inc. (TSX-V:TKK) is a junior mining exploration company, aiming to increase the value of its current assets, and develop new assets by way of commercial transactions and direct staking. Takara began as a Capital Pool Company (as “Naples Capital Corp.”) and completed the acquisition of Takara Resources Inc., a private company, on September 24, 2007, and a simultaneous private placement financing of $2.4M @ $0.35 per unit.

Takara is currently carrying out its Phase II exploration program on the Kaibab Joint Venture, namely, prospecting and advancing targets prospective for uranium breccia pipes in Arizona. Additionally, in November of 2007, Takara acquired a 100% interest in the Basket Lake Project, an under-explored uranium district in northwestern Ontario, near the historic Richard Lake uranium deposit near Dryden / Kenora, Ontario.
