Takara Resources (TSX-V:TKK)
is a junior mining exploration company, aiming to increase the value
of its current assets, and develop new assets by way of commercial
transactions and direct staking. Takara began as a Capital Pool
Company (as Naples Capital Corp.) and completed the acquisition of
Takara Resources Inc., a private company, on September 24, 2007, and
a simultaneous private placement financing of $2.4M @ $0.35 per
unit.
